This card has also been designed with the V90 Video Speed Class rating, which guarantees minimum write speeds of at least 90 MB/s, making it well-suited to capture high bit depths, frame rates, and resolutions, including Full HD, Cinema 4K+, and raw video, as well as raw and continuous burst photography. You will be able to record 120 FPS in XAVC HS (H.265) and XAVC S (H.264). There is only one mode that is locked to CFexpress Type A: 4K 120p in XAVC S-I (intra-frame)using the S&Q Mode.

It will work great on an FX6. As you said you'll be restricted from recording 4K 120P (in ALL-I) and 1080 240p.
