The DJI Care Refresh+ for OM 4 Smartphone Gimbal adds a second year of protection if you already own the standard Care Refresh plan and have at least one replacement left on that plan. Care Refresh+ kicks in as soon as your Care Refresh plan ends, and it provides a full year of repair/replacement support along with VIP phone technical support. If your gimbal experiences damage from water, impact, or similar issues, Care Refresh+ will provide a new or like-new replacement of the gimbal within the year at a highly discounted cost. Care Refresh+ also extends your original warranty for another year.

The plan also provides free two-way shipping. After you send in your gimbal, DJI will assess the damage and then ship out a replacement.
