The LP-70 Lens Foot from Kirk slides directly into the collar mount of the Nikon Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S, Z 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 VR S, Z 400mm f/4.5 VR S, and Z 600mm f/6.3 VR S lenses, locking into place by tightening the locking knob. The lens foot is compatible with most Arca-type clamps and heads, and the double-dovetail design allows other Arca-type accessories to attach to the bottom or the top of the foot. The foot also allows the lens hood to mount in reverse for storage. The 6061-T6 aluminum foot has a black anodized finish, which makes it resistant to scratches and corrosion. In addition, safety stops located on the bottom of the foot prevent the lens from accidentally being pulled out when the clamp is partially open.

OK but not great

It fits and is an upgrade from the stock foot that came with my Nikon lens. However, the machining tolerances could be tighter, and I am not happy with the amount of slop in the fit, which allows the foot to wiggle and rattle constantly when I carry the lens by the foot as I sometimes do. This gives you the impression that the screws are loose when they are not, and causes you to worry that the foot is going to fall off.

Does this (Kirk LP-70) have the same connection to the lens as the Kirk LP-65? The two models are marked to very different lenses, but the connection to the lens looks exactly the same.

Yes, the Kirk LP-70 Lens Foot is compatible with the MeFoto PMU60 plate on MeFoto carbon fiber travel tripod. You can also place the Kirk foot directly on the MeFoto head without using the plate, since they are both arca compatible.
