AMD 5900X Reviews
I went from a 5600x to this. I'm glad I didn't pass up the opportunity. Amazing cpu, even at stock settings. Tears through every game (that's cpu bound) I have with ease. It also makes multitasking a breeze. I have it paired with a bequiet! 360mm aio cooler. Sits at a cool 26 Celsius at idle and never breaks 70 while gaming. Amazing!
Lot of power in a small package
Easy to install, potent as heck, been a firm upgrade and excellent processor, all my software flies like a dream now.
Upgrade from a 3700x to 5900x with 3200mhz ram and 5700xt o8c was a big improvement. With the latest amd graphics drivers and said Upgrade I went from maybe 80fps to 110fps in assetto corsa competitione'. Generally runs around 60C give or take 5 while under load with a ryugin 240 aio attached
is really fast
I'm pleasantly impressed with how many tasks this CPU can take, currently testing my CPU render systems and it is blazing fast.
I upgraded to this and having no issues so far. System runs smooth as well as my games
Workhorse Processor for HD VIdeo
One tough CPU with very good Cinebench ratings. Just make sure you have adequate cooling, as my first build didn't and it led to random PC crashes as the it folded due to high temps. A healthy dual fan, liquid cooler solved the problem, and now it's a real workhorse!
AMD Ryzen 9 5900x ROCKS!
solid performer in every way
