Canon EOS M50 Mark II Mirrorless Camera stops recording when the video reaches 29 min 59 sec. You have to manually start recording again to record another video.

Does anyone have a solution for accessing the bottom card/battery compartment without having to remove the cam off of the tripod every time? Is there a stud or post that would "elevate" it off of the surface of the head?
Yes, Alzo makes one, BH sells it, they work great, I bought them for all 30 of my classroom set of M50s

Does Canon has mirrorless alternative to 80D? I'm asking mainly about video because M50 or M50 ii doesn't offer high bitrate for videos - only 60 Mb/s when 80D did 90Mb/s.
