There is no way to deactivate the red LED light on the Nikon WR-R11a/WR-T10 Remote Controller Set, but you could cover it with a small piecr of black gaffer's tape, if it is annoying.

If I place my Godox trigger on my hot shoe on my Nikon Z9 and fire my Z9 with this remote which will also fire my Godox units
No, The Nikon WR-R11a/WR-T10 Remote Controller will not be able to fire when using the Godox trigger. You can use the remote to fire the camera, thus firing the flash, but the Nikon remote will not directly communicate with the Godox trigger.
