Yes, when you connect the Extension Panel Antenna to the base station, the user needs to connect all the antenna ports on the base station to the Extension Panel`s SMA port.

Can I extend or replace the connection cables with longer ones?. What the max cable length that I can run?
Regarding the Hollyland Extension Panel Antenna for SYSCOM 1000T/Mars T1000, the included BNC connector cables can be replaced with longer ones. Currently, the Shure BNC Antenna Cable (100-foot), B&H # SHUA8100, is the longest option we have available.

The Hollyland Extension Panel Antenna has a 3/8"-16 thread on the bottom which can be used to mount it on any stand. You may like the Auray RFMS-580 Reflection Filter Tripod Mic Stand (B&H # AURFMS580) which can support the Extension Panel Antenna when used with a thread adapter such as the Auray AD-5838-B 5/8"-27 Female to 3/8"-16 Male Mic Stand Adapter (B&H # AUAD5838B). The thread adapter is needed to enable connection of the 3/8"-16 temale thread on the antenna to the 5/8"-27 male thread on the stand.

Since the Syscom T1000 is a full 8 pack system, does that mean I have to buy 2 of the Extension panels to support all 4? Cause it says the extension panel only support 4 belt packs. Also, could I use the extension panel and still use the antennas that come with the Syscom t1000 together?
Yes, two of the Hollyland Extension Panel Antenna for SYSCOM 1000T/Mars T1000 would be required for full coverage of all components in the Hollyland Syscom 1000T-8B Full-Duplex Intercom System with Eight Beltpacks and Headsets. The Extension panel would replace the standard antennae used in the system and would connect to the same antenna input connections on the base station's back panel using the provided Communication Cable.

Anytime Michele, the Panel Antennas is not sealed aganist rainwater.
