Proven in low-light combat, rescue, and surveillance operations, the Bering Optics 1x26 PVS-7BE Elite Night Vision Bi-Ocular is a versatile, compact, and rugged night vision device that can be handheld, mounted on a helmet, or worn with the included headgear. Equipped with a Gen 3 thin-film green phosphor intensifier tube, anti-reflective multicoated glass, and automatic brightness control, the PVS-7BE is protected by an auto-shutoff function when exposed to bright light. An infrared illuminator is included for total-darkness scenarios. The 1x lens system, upgradable to higher magnifications with optional lenses, offers a wide 40° field of view and an ultra-short minimum focusing distance of 10". Interpupillary adjustment and independently adjustable eyepieces ensure optimal viewing, and a quick release clip-on mount makes for easy operation. The housing is made of lightweight and impact-resistant polymer, is fog and waterproof, and provides protection from adverse conditions and extreme temperatures. To prevent slight from spilling over around the intensifier tube, and to provide a comfortable cushion between your eyes and the eyepieces, the eyepieces offer wide winged rubber eyecups.
