would this be an "alright" unit to upgrade to from the TERRIBLE little 15 year old 7" monitor i use when taking product pics with my D7?

This unit is designed as a Point of sales monitor to be used in restaurants, stores etc. however it can be used as a regular touch screen monitor as well.

This item is only a monitor, and therefore does not have an OS or OS version. This item is not a tablet with any kind of function besides accepting and displaying a signal from an external source via Mini-VGA or HDMI Inputs.
