The new GDU Derringer handle attaches to the RED KOMODO with Timmy Rib (required ) for a super low profile, super compact and tight setup for handheld. There is no rotation on this handle, but it can be mounted higher or lower on the Timmy Ribs in 3 vertical positions. Machined out of 6061 aluminum with carved stubby walnut handle. Includes mounting Bolts and driver to attach to Timmy Rib.

The GLOBAL DYNAMICS UNITED Stubby Cowboy Handle for RED KOMODO (Right) is designed to attach to a RED Komodo camera using a GDU Timmy Side Rib. The manufacturer doesn't mention additional compatibility.

Can this handle also replace the grip on the Komodo Outrigger Handle?

I want to update this question. After contacting GDU, they confirmed that the Walnut handle IS compatible with the outrigger handle. I placed an order and have been using this walnut handgrip on my Komodo Outrigger for a month now with no issues whatsoever.
