PCIe 4.0 Interface
The SSD7540 takes advantage of the high-speed PCIe 4.0 bandwidth to deliver up to 16 Gb/s per lane with compatible devices, with a total data throughput of up to 40 GB/s. It is also backward compatible with PCIe 3.0 devices.
Hyper-Cooling System
HighPoint's Hyper-Cooling solution includes a full-length anodized aluminum heatsink with dual integrated low-noise fans, and a highly conductive thermal pad to help maintaining optimal temperatures and prevent speed throttling.
Bootable RAID Configurations
RAID 0 provides maximum performance with a minimum of two drives for fast bootups.
RAID 1 delivers enhanced security by creating a mirror duplicate of target drives.
RAID 10 requires at least four drives to provide both speed and security, making it the ideal configuration for fast and secure bootups.

For the fastest configuration on the HighPoint SSD7540 PCIe 4.0 x16 8-Channel M.2 NVMe RAID Controller, RAID0 will be the best way to go to utilize the speed of all drives together.
