Apologies to my previous answer. Neither M1 MacBook natively support dual monitors. Only the M1 Mac Mini and the new M1Pro/Max MPB's natively support multiple screens.

Will this MacBook handle video processing well?

Will this MacBook handle video processing well?
Asked by: Timothy
It actually handles video quite well, especially if your a FCPX user. Even notoriously difficult 10bit H265 edits like butter, something even the $4k MacBook pros with 5600m + graphics can’t do. The M1s GPU and CPU use a unified memory architecture that’s quite a game changer in how these things work and it’s highly efficient. Canon RAW at 4k edits without a hiccup and even 6K RED footage from my Komodo edits very smoothly, even with multiple layers and grading effects. If you get a chance check out some reviews from video makers who do some pretty high end stuff. So far everyone has been pretty impressed.
