This two-section boom arm rotates a full 360 degrees and features a maximum reach of 37" horizontal and 34" vertical, ensuring you'll always be able to put the mic in the perfect spot while expending minimal effort.

Whether attached to a table via the supplied C-clamp or installed in a surface using the included threaded desk insert, the PSA1+ can support microphones weighing up to 2.7 pounds; even large broadcast mics are no problem for the PSA1+ arm. It comes with a 3/8 to 5/8" adapter to allow compatibility with most microphones and shockmounts on the market, and it boasts integrated cable management that'll keep your existing USB or XLR cable from becoming an unruly and unsightly mess.

Supports Heavy Mics
With a load capacity ranging from 0.2 to 2.7 lb, the PSA1+ is more than capable of accommodating most microphones whether small and light or large and hefty. It features a 3/8" thread and includes a 5/8" adapter to ensure compatibility with the vast majority of mics, clips, and mounts.
Smooth, Silent Mic Positioning
Thanks to its silent operation and 360 degrees of rotation, the PSA1+ allows effortless and thoroughly versatile positioning of your microphone. Considering its horizontal reach of 37" and vertical reach of 34", you'll have no problem putting the mic right where you need it.
Integrated Cable Management
The PSA1+ features integrated cable management with external clips to keep your cable run neat and orderly. Plus, it accommodates USB or XLR cables, so it's sure to work with your digital or analog microphone cable.
Multiple Mounting Options
To enable optimal mounting to a desk or table, the PSA1+ is supplied with a C-clamp and a threaded desk insert. The clamp can attach to surfaces up to 2.2" thick, while the desk insert works with surfaces up to 2.7" thick.

No but there is a guy on youtube that knows how to remove the branding with chemicals. The sleeves help for operation and stealth though. Also this might not matter, but I don't mind the branding. But I am a tasteless SoundCloud rapper. jk

The minimum weight requirement for this model has been lowered to 90 grams instead of the 700 grams of the previous model because of demand to mount lighter cameras and smartphones.

No. The weight capacity of the Rode PSA1+ Pro is 2.7lbs. Samson G-Track Pro is over 3lbs. So you would need an arm with a higher weight capacity like BH #AUBAI2N for example.

According to Rode, the clamp for the PSA1+ Pro Studio Boom/Arm opens to a maximum width of 2.75" and it will fit on a desk that is 2.75" thick.

Many of the pop filters we sell will mount directly to the RODE PSA1+ Pro Studio Boom/Arm, however, you will want to select the pop filter to match the microphone that you will be using. Just to give you an example of a general purpose pop filter that will attach onto the stand, you can use the Auray PFNY-6 Nylon Pop Filter with Gooseneck and C-Style Clamp for Mic Stands and Booms (B&H # AUPFNY6).
