The D-Tap to Canon LP-E6 Dummy Battery Cable from Kondor Blue lets you power compatible devices from a brick battery with a D-Tap port or other D-Tap sources. With a stylish braided Kondor blue coiled cable, it allows you to keep a neat setup at 16" in length or extend it up to 36" to run it to the back of your camera rig to power monitors, cameras, lights, and other devices that run on LP-E6 batteries.

Can this power the Canon R5C in 8K 60P raw?

It DOES NOT allow power to my lens at 8k Raw 60fps. Just confirmed this today. I bought this without knowing the answer, since I purchased the black version and I now see that only the blue version has this feedback. Powering with a v50 smallrig v mount battery (the lightest one.) USB-C works fine, but this gives me a message that the lens cannot be powered. Very annoying. I've heard that others work, so why they didn't get the spec right on this is anyone's guess.

Does this cable give you 8K RAW with AF on the R5C? I've seen other cables sold elsewhere that do or don't so can be confusing.
