Just like that old camera that just works, this strap does as well. It's a nice balance and weight that won't get in your way.

I have been using these straps forever. It is THE ONLY strap I will use. Great quality and they work perfect for me.

Built to last forever! I changed the spring hooks to be at the point of attachment to the camera because I don't want anything hanging down when I remove the strap from the camera. 1 inch wide is a great width and no logo visible so no announcement about what I'm carrying and the no-slip backing keeps the camera on my shoulder and no slipping off. Well thought out piece of equipment just like everything Domke makes.

This strap is my favorite for carrying the Micro 4/3 cameras I own. I like the sticky side for carrying around a shoulder or with collared shirt and the smoother side for neck carry with no collar. I have one of these that's several years old now and it's still in great shape. It's a little narrow, at least for me, for the weight of a DSLR so I use a wider strap for those.

My favorite strap for years

These are my favorite camera straps. I've been using them for years. Very well made. The only complaint is that the rubber dries up after a decade or so and crumbles off, forcing replacement. Would be nice if they sold that piece separately.

Practical, long-lasting strap

These Domke straps are perfect for light/medium weight cameras. This is my fourth. Not that the others have expired. I just have them all on different cameras, rather than the always too gaudy and ostentatious OEM manufacturer straps. I opt for the swivel-equipped version for ease of use. I use on Nikon 3500, Df, and Fuji x-30. The sewn-in gripper strips are well designed and work.

will this strap attach to a Nikon D5300? will it hold a heavy body and lens?
Asked by: Kevin
I don't have a D5300 but I have one on a D3200 so I would expect it would fit the same. I've had these on all my cameras going back to my F3 and F4 so depending on what you consider a heavy body and lens it should work fine. I regularly use one on a body with a D300s and an older 80-200 f2.8.
