VELVETlight EVO 1 Overview

Designed for ultimate color control, the EVO 1 Color Weatherproof LED Panel from VELVETlight also offers special effects and power options. The "normal" CCT mode has a generous color range of 2700 to 10,000K to blend into any ambient light situation, match other fixtures, or just for creative expression. The light measures 18 x 12.5 x 3.6" and has CRI/TLCI ratings of 95/95 - your assurance of advanced precision in rendering colors. The panel is dimmable too, from 0 to 100%, and while you can make these adjustments locally on the fixture, VELVETlight has provided multiple ways to make them remotely.

The EVO 1 has onboard DMX to make adjustments remotely from a console as well as LumenRadio wireless DMX. There's also the VELVET Goya App that allows you to control the light wirelessly with your smartphone

The light also has an RGB mode that gives you access to the 360° color wheel and all of its hues, with saturation and intensity control for access to a myriad of custom colors. The panel has a 90-264V power supply for worldwide use but it can also run on Gold mount or V-mount batteries when AC power is unavailable. Lastly, the EVO 1 is IP54 weatherproof so you don't have to stop shooting in wet weather.

2x1 Color-Tunable Panel
EVO is an instrument made to extend your creative possibilities, to set up faster, and to remotely adjust on the fly whether you are on location or in the studio. EVO offers everything you need from a professional color light: industry-leading output-to-weight and output-to-watt ratios, full output from standard 14.4V batteries, wireless control, solid reliability, silent fan-free operation and a weatherproof ergonomic housing.
Total Control
EVO features wireless DMX from LumenRadio, and the EVO is RDM-enabled for fast addressing and channel-assignment workflow. With the DMX master/slave function, start with one fixture and link several fixtures through DMX to operate them all in unison without a console.
Using the VELVET Goya App
The quick, precise, and shareable VELVET Goya App takes control and color adjustment of the EVO panel to a new level. The HSI advanced mode even includes an intuitive and user-friendly 360° color sphere interface. And with the EVO, settings made in one mode can be fine-tuned in any other mode. Color modes include:

A Blank Canvas
Gel mode lets you select from a wide variety of standard gels and practical light sources. Effects are fully adjustable for color, speed, and frequency. The EVO 5LED technology lets you set your color in one mode and fine-tune it in another mode, as well as layer any color over any white light color temperature.
Location
EVO 1 is a portable, IP54 weatherproof RGB+W+CW LED panel with a robust aluminum housing, designed specifically to endure the toughest working conditions in wet or dusty locations. EVO 1 delivers full power light around one hour using a single 90Wh 14.4V battery. EVO's back panel has a twist-on plate to let you quickly install the battery mount, AC power supply, or center ball mount.
