Add a miniature action camera for everyday applications anywhere, anytime with the Insta360 GO 2. The GO 2 improves on its predecessor by recording up to 3K 2560 x 1440 video, audio, and 9MP photos, and it also adds a slow-motion recording feature. It now includes 32GB of built-in flash storage, and it allows you to control the camera, preview your video, and then export the content to your phone via a companion iOS/Android app via Wi-Fi. The GO 2 is so small and light, you can wear it around your neck, clip it to your collar or skateboard, attach it to your dashboard, and much more.
Standard video is exported in either 3K or 1080p resolution, plus you can record slow-motion 1080p video at 120 fps as well as use hyperlapse for fast-motion action shots. Video is captured with built-in Insta360 FlowState image stabilization, which uses an internal 6-axis gyro to smooth out your recordings. The free companion iOS/Android app can also be used for various remote functions as well as intuitive auto-editing of your video recordings.
The camera comes built into a waterproof case that lets you shoot in up to 13' of water. Also included is a Charge Case, which features a larger 1100mAh capacity battery than the original GO model to provide up to 150 minutes of recording time. Although the camera has a built-in battery, the Charge Case provides an alternative power solution (and much more). Per charge, it lets you capture approximately 15-minute clips.
The main feature of the Charge Case is that it's the way to connect the camera to your phone for auto-transfer of videos and photos. The Charge Case has both Lightning and micro-USB connectors for iOS and Android phones. The camera inserts into the case, and the case connects plug-and-play into your phone. It can even function as a tripod with its fold-out legs if you want to place the GO 2 on a surface. Via the micro-USB connector, you can also interface with Mac and Windows computers for file transfer.

Insta360 GO2 Reviews
Great action cam
This is a great action cam. For skate videos the Pro Video mode gives you everything you need. I did think the capture field would be a little wider but it can still create amazing videos. Editing from your phone and then instant export to your phone gallery is a huge huge plus as well.
Fun and versatile little camera
I have greatly enjoyed my time with this camera, it is clear that a lot of care went into designing it and its accessories. The case/remote is incredibly useful in combination with the very creative mounting options you can explore using just the included accessories. Video quality is surprisingly good, but ultimately just about what you'd expect from an action-camera type thing of this size. I wouldn't recommend it as a photo camera, though, since the photo resolution is very low. The smartphone experience could be a bit better, as pairing and activating the camera was a bit of a pain. The online activation is especially worrying since those servers won't be around forever! The computer experience, however, is where this thing really shines. A lesser manufacturer would have passed this device off as something that's purely an app camera, but this just hooks up to your computer via USB-C* where you can transfer all your files and edit them using their Insta360 Studio software, or their various plugins for other video editing software. All in all, I think it's worth a try if you're fine with prioritizing versatility over pure image quality. *(It ONLY supports A-C cables though, no C-C! You have to use an adapter if your computer only supports Type-C)

fast shipping, awesome little camera. does exactly what I want it to do and very simple to upload to YouTube etc.
This little guy is so fun! UI (menus) are hard to learn.
It is SO EASY to take this camera along on trail runs or on MTB rides. The magnet/pendant method is my favorite (stays attached securely) although the POV is a teensy bit high when walking/running. I see that someone on Etsy offers 10% and 20% downward tilt attachments and I might end up getting those. Battery life is pretty short but I was expecting that. The Android app connects to the camera consistently, although it takes longer than I'd like, so I'm learning how to adjust the settings using the camera-in-case. The UI is awkward IMO. Overall, I love it! More convenient than my GoPro for a quick grab & go.
Go 2
This is a fun little camera, with a lot of capabilities.
Overheating is a serious flaw
I was using this camera as a helmet mounted camera for my my motorcycle videos. It shuts off randomly due to overheating. This is completely unacceptable. I have seen many other users reports of this issue. How does such a flawed camera make it to market. It makes me question the entire brand.
Normal
The shooting time is short and the machine is hot

I loved this camera it took some great photos and videos The only thing I wish is that I wish it had a little better video quality because it seem to be just the same as my phone but it was way more convenient because I could carry around and it was so small. but you should definitely go get it. It was a great all around camera.
