How does this work with full frame Z cameras, the Z9 in particular?
The Nikon z7.5mm f2.9 II fisheye lens is a Z mount lens and while it will mount and work on the z9 - because the z9 is full frame it will not cover the full sensor. A full frame lens would be a better choice for the full frame cameras. APSC lenses like the 7.5mm Nikon would best be used on APSC size sensor cameras.

The 7artisans Photoelectric 7.5mm f/2.8 II Fisheye Lens for Nikon Z is a full frame fisheye which means the image covers the corners of the sensor. It does not vignette the image. You could manually add a vignette to any image after the shot is taken using software.

Will this lens work with Sony a7iii
Will this lens work with Sony a7iii
I have this lens with a Sony A7III, and as the B&H Staff person said, there is very heavy vignetting in normal full frame mode. I programmed one of my custom buttons to switch the camera into APSC mode and the vignetting disappears (APSC mode crops the image, so the total number of pixels drops, but the image is very usable). Manually focusing a fish-eye lens is a bit challenging (especially in lower light), but when you get the focus right, the images are great and the fish-eye effect is very striking. The field of view is so wide you have to be careful not to have your fingers in frame as they rest at the edge of the lens! I figured that the very low price was worth the gamble, and I'm happy with my purchase. I don't shoot many fish-eye shots, but it's small, light and cheap enough to throw in my bag for occasional use.
