The Kase CPL Filter for Nikon NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S Lens (112mm) is designed for the Z series 14-24mm f/2.8S lens from Nikon. The Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8S uses a 112mm standard screw-in filter with the included HB-97 lens hood that comes with the lens.
The 112mm filters are supplied with a threaded magnetic adapter ring that screws onto the Nikon filter hood. Once in place, the adapter ring stays put. Now the filter hood works just like any other Kase magnetic adapters. Filters just lift on and off and are held in place by magnetism. Nothing to unscrew. No fiddling. It even works with gloves on.
Kase's 112mm polarizer, having no need of a rotating bezel, is only half as deep as Nikon's. This means you can stack a polarizer and ND filter without vignetting, even at 14mm. Not only this, but you can buy two of Kase's 112mm filters for less than the price of Nikon's 112mm polarizer alone. And, like all of Kase's filters, the quality is exceptional.

Does it come with the lens adapter? I recently purchased one and that box stated in brought the adapter, but did not.
The adapter they're talking about is the HB-97 lens hood that comes with the Nikon 14-24mm. With the lens you should've received what looks like an oversized lens hood. That hood has the 112mm threading for this filter.
