The 95mm K9 Magnetic Adapter Ring from Kase features a 95mm rear thread that allows attaching to 95mm filter rings. Attached to a filter ring, it provides a 90mm unthreaded front ring that holds 90mm magnetic filters so any K9 filter will not be compatible.

If this "Kase K9 100mm Filter Holder Adapter Ring for Sony FE 14mm f/1.8 GM Lens" is used with the "Kase K9 100mm Filter Holder Kit" and the "Kase 90mm Magnetic Circular Polarizer Filter", will the filter cause vignetting with the Sony FE 14mm f/1.8 GM lens, given that the lens is 89mm wide? Or instead, may the filter holder adapter ring and filter holder kit be used only for 100mm square filters with the Sony FE 14mm f/1.8 GM lens?
You should not have issues with vignetting when using the Kase K9 100mm Filter Holder Adapter Ring for Sony FE 14mm f/1.8 GM Lens with 100mm filters on the Sony FE 14mm f/1.8 GM lens. However, the Kase 90mm Magnetic Circular Polarizer Filter would not be compatible with this setup; you would have to use a 100x100mm Circular Polarizer such as the Kase Rotating 100mm Circular Polarizing Filter, B&H # KAK100RCP, or the Kase 100 x 100mm Skyeye CPL Filter, B&H # KASECPL44.
