Tilta PowerGrip Handle with Trigger Overview

Add stability, accessory powering options, and the ability to start/stop your camera with this Type VI Tiltaing Left-Side Advanced Power Handle with Run/Stop for F570 Battery from Tilta. Designed with a black finish for Tiltaing camera cages, it features a button for triggering recording on/off over an optional Tilta R/S cable connection to compatible cameras. Multiple R/S cables are available to suit your camera.

The handle attaches to the side of your Tiltaing cage using the included mounting arm, which features a NATO rail clamp. The handle accepts a Sony F570 battery, sold separately. There are two connections on the handle for powering accessories: an 8V regulated USB-C output and a 12 VDC output.

Compatibility
Supports Sony-compatible F550 and F570 batteries.
Mounting
The NATO rail clamp attaches to the handle via a rosette, allowing you to adjust the rotation of the handgrip in relation to your camera. The NATO clamp provides more space between the camera cage and the handgrip than the attachment method for the Type-IV handgrip.

Will this Type VI handle attach to NATO rails ...

Will this Type VI handle attach to NATO rails built by other manufactures(SmallRig)? Or do I have to bolt on a Tilta NATO rail?

Yes, the Tilta Left-Side Advanced Power Handle with Run/Stop for F570 Battery (Black, Type VI) uses a universal NATO clamp, which would work with non-Tilta NATO rails.

The Tilta Left-Side Advanced Power Handle with Run/Stop for F570 Battery's (Black, Type VI) DC port is not an input, so you can not send power into the handle via D-tap to DC.

Next to the micro-USB port is a 12 VDC output that can be used to power the camera from your F570 battery. You can also choose not to make use of this port and still use the run/stop function. A battery and cables are all sold separately.

This is designed for Tiltaing camera cages only. It may not properly connect with Smallrig cages and is not recommended for them
