I got this because I used to shoot Canon film cameras, and I really liked the FD 50mm 3.5 Macro lens. Now with Nikon mirrorless, I can use that favorite lens again. I had to fiddle with the adapter for a while to get it to go on, but once it did, it went smoothly and works just fine. Service from B&H was impeccable, as usual. Delivery very fast. Now if only there was an FD to Nikkor F-mount adapter...

I have used it with many different FD lenses, even with a 900gr manual tamron with an Adaptall 2 Lens Mount Adapter. Everything feels perfect and no play at all, once mounted to the camera.
