[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this product I got It because we were going on a trip to Disney and wanted to make sure that we all had our phones charged obviously we're gonna be taking out to pictures this thing lasted all day long charged more than one phone was super happy with the product and the value

Don't have much to say, i needed an external Hard Drive to put files like photos and videos as a backup and this did the job well. Nothing to complain.

Worked out of the box. So far, Seagate portable HDs have held up.

Windows not handling two connections of these at a time

In June 2023, I bought two of these 4 TB units but found out later that on my DELL workstation running Windows 11 with one unit connected, Windows would not handle a connection of the 2nd unit. This failure also occurs on Windows 10 as well as Windows 7. Several years I bought a pair of 2 TB Seagate units that were same save the color of the housing. The Windows platforms have never had an issue handling both of those drives being connected at the same time. My sense is that this is a Seagate problem.

I have only been using it for a few weeks so far but I have no complaints. I'm excited to have a 5TB hard drive.

I needed to replace an older drive. I didn't want one which required a power adapter. After research this USB portable drive is perfect for my needs and that is to use it as a backup drive for Mac's Time Machine. And again thanks to B&H support for helping me make my choice.
