Canon LZ1324 reviews

LZ1324 Lens Case is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good case for the 70-200L IS F4 lens I bought this case to use with my 70-200L IS F4 lens that has a tripod ring on it. It fits very well into the case and the protection is good. The case was very well made and for the price is not a bad buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Little Snug for 70-200mm 2.8 with IS Appears to be made well. Mine came with my canon ef 70-200mm f2.8 L IS lens. The lens is very close to the top of the case. It fits, but you have to stretch the top of the case to make it work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little large but so is the lens... I find the case is excellent for the EF 70-200 f4L with the hood reversed. Fits nicely and provides good protection. It is a little bulky but I find it easy to tote around.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a Good Design Gosh, Canon's still selling it? This came with my new 100-400 in '07: fine for general transport, but an imminent field disaster. As you can see, leave that side-zipper part-open at the top for quick access... Yeah, something I only wanted to risk once, at an air show the day after delivery, and once was all it took. 'Lens passed the tarmac test, but it ruined my day, cost me another $200 and made me a filter fan for life. Buy one of Think Tank's belt pouches, which also makes for great travel storage, and save yourself the heart attack.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great protection for great lenses... The Canon LZ1324 lens case fits the Canon 28-300mm f2.8L, 70-200mm f2.8L, 35-350mm f3.5L and 100-400mm f4.5 white lenses plus others not listed...It offers protection from the elements or accidental scuffing and comes with a carrying handle, strap and convenient belt loop letting you tote your extra lens comfortably without it being in the way...It's included with the above lenses when the lens is bought new but is available as an accessory also...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Case These cases are great. They have a belt loop and side clips for easily attaching to your belt, camera strap, or strap on your gear bag so they don't get lost. It is probably best not to use belt loop when the lens is in the case, as no one seems to make a soft case with enough padding to protect your lenses if dropped. But the padding is sufficient to protect the lens from bumping into other gear when inside a gear bag or pelican.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits many lenses. I got two of these for all of my lenses. It fits my 200mm f2.8L perfectly with the lens shade attached. It also fits my 85mm f1.2L also with lens shade attached. It also works with 24-105 f4.0, and 16-35 f2.8. I bought L3 neck straps to use with the two cases, the originals are quite narrow. I keep the 200mm and the 85mm in these cases rather than cramming the lenses in camera bag.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nikon version is better.. I don't know, why Canon insists on this design.. Other brands had already developed theirs.. For example my Nikon 70-200 VR II's case is much more protective to dust and dirth.. One positive side of this case is it's more versalite in comparison to others..
