Casio CT-S400 Overview

Designed with 600 sounds, 200 full-accompaniment rhythms, a pitch-bend wheel, and an integrated arpeggiator, the Casiotone CT-S400 from Casio is a portable 61-key arranger keyboard, well equipped to make creating music a friendly and fluid process. It features 61 full-size, touch-responsive keys, built-in stereo speakers, and versatile connectivity including an aux input jack, a headphone output, a micro-USB port for hookup to your Mac/Windows computer or iOS/Android mobile device, and a USB Type-A port for use with the separately available WU-BT01 Bluetooth adapter.

The CT-S400 offers onboard lessons, effects, and a 6-track song recorder to help you advance your skills and refine your sound. The CT-S400's arpeggiator is perfect for adding rhythmic excitement to your playing. Plus, you can download the free Chordana App on your iOS or Android smartphone/tablet to assist you in learning any MIDI file. A music rest and an AC adapter are included, but the keyboard can also run on six AA batteries (available separately) and hang on a strap for truly mobile operation.

No matter what kind of musical mood you're in, your Casiotone is always ready to back you up with vibrant acoustic drums, vintage drum machines, global percussion instruments, rock-solid basslines, horn ensembles, rhythm guitars, and so much more.
Small Size, Big Sound
There are three ways to experience the CT-S400's sound quality at its best. First, the bass-ported speaker system delivers punch and clarity throughout the entire volume range. Second, plug in a good set of headphones for personal play. Third, turn on Surround, and the sound from the speakers will place you right in the middle of your music.
Take It to Go
With a CT-S400, there's no reason to feel tied down. Just pop in six AA batteries (available separately), attach a strap, and wherever you are becomes center stage.
Connected to Your World
The micro-USB port connects your CT-S400 to any Mac/Windows computer or iOS/Android device with no drivers or installation needed. With the WU-BT10 Bluetooth MIDI/audio adapter (available separately), you can even connect wirelessly to your favorite devices to control them via MIDI, or to use the CT-S400 as a Bluetooth speaker. The USB-A external-memory port enables you to connect a USB flash drive.

Great keyboard with 600 voices

This keyboard has much to offer with 600 voices this keyboard can keep the creative musician busy for hours. The keyboard itself looks sleek and not busy with numerous knobs. It has a built-in screen which is just the right size. The only thing I wish was better was the springy feel of the keys but this seems to be a common feel with most keyboards in this price range so can't really complain as the other good things make up for it. Love its portability too.
