Can this lens be used on Canon EOS R? And what will be the actual size of the lens with the crop?
Asked by: iliana
Using the 7artisans Photoelectric 60mm f/2.8 Macro Mark II for Canon RF will be fine. It will crop the image 1.6 times. So the lens will be like a 96mm lens. And note, you will loose a lot of resolution.

It focuses about 3" closer, its 339 grams compared to 550 grams, smaller in size overall, 11/8 vs 8/7 elements/ groups , and its internal focusing, so the barrel doesn't protrude like the version 1 . There may be other differences but there's a few I dug up.

7artisans do not have a Macro lens in the Full Frame FX format. There are other options, but nothing from that company. Please check this link for available Full Frame FX lenses for the Nikon Z-Mount. https://bhpho.to/3w5FP6Q.

Will this lens focus confirm?
Asked by: ken
It will not. The 7artisans 60mm f/2.8 Macro Mk II for Fujifilm X does not have electronic contacts and has no electronic communication with the camera. As such, all manual focus aids such as digital split imaging, digital microprism, and focus peaking will derive from the camera.
