Disappointing in that it doesn't attach as intuitively as other inovativ parts (knobs don't do all the work; allen key is needed). And it doesn't fit inside the cart when it is collapsed. And it's too expensive. But it's really clutch to have a middle shelf, and like all inovativ stuff this one is well-made and fits the cart perfectly. If it last 20 years then it's all worth it; as far as I can tell, inovativ still outperforms the competition.
