I will be using this with a spotting scope & wifi camera and will be at the weight limit. Will it hold up?
Being at the max payload capacity of the Bescor MP-101 Motorized Pan & Tilt Head with L-Series Battery Power Kit may present issues especially if the setup is not balanced. It is recommended to be under a max payload for best performance.

question
Is there a version that can handle up to 10-15 lbs?
Bescor does not make Pan and Tilt Heads that can hold a capacity in the 10-15 pound range I'm afraid. However the Wild Shot Camera CPT 1019 is a great option and has a load capacity up to 13 pounds.

Can you control this from a PC? I use a remote PC running Obs to live stream and would love to move the cameras remotely from the terminal.
We're afraid not. We are not aware an option like this that would be able to do that either.
