The chart cab be used provided you have the Color Finale plugin. That's how I use it. Don't rightly know if it can be used in FCP natively without an additional plugin.

Can I use this for both Photo & Video? I want to be able to use this to make a profile for Lightroom and use for video in the future.
In Davinci Resolve you can select between ColorChecker Classic (photo) or Passport Video (actually 7 different color charting things available to choose from) so there is that possibility.
