Building upon the foundation laid by the traditional stylus design, the Dash 4 takes a refined approach with a 1mm replaceable tip and optimal compatibility across a wide range of devices. An LED indicator provides battery life for the device and enables mode swapping between iPads and other models. Magnetic charging enables you to place the Dash 4 into a USB Type-C stand that fully charges the stylus in just one hour. An integrated dark metal pocket clip secures onto your pockets, keeping it secure during your travels.

This device turns out to be less accurate than some of the unpowered devices. I also have an Adonit Pro 4, which is more accurate, cheaper, and doesn't require charging. In the Collabora Office app, it is very difficult to use the spreadsheet fill-down function with this Dash 4 but it is easy with the Pro 4. You can always zoom in to get a bigger target but it's nicer not to have to. It works best with my iPad mini 5th generation. It also works with my Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 and Tab S2, my Galaxy S9 phone, and a few other devices I tried briefly. It does not work at all with my old Barnes and Noble Nook. It probably has the wrong kind of screen. Note that the Pro 4 does work with the Nook. In order to get a reliable tap action with the Dash 4, I have had to hit the screen hard enough that it makes a noticeable sound. Other devices with softer tips don't have this problem.

Works well with supported apps. Convenient as to the ability of using on several different devices. Would prefer a better charging solution, the magnetic charger is a bit awkward to use if not connected to a device.
