The Base Plate for Sony a1, a9 II, a7R IV, and a7S III from Really Right Stuff is designed to add Arca-type quick release functionality to the camera body. The plate features anti-twist flanges to keep the camera securely in place and prevent it from rotating on the plate.
The CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum plate maintains complete access to the battery door without obstructing the LCD monitor's movement.
This CNC-machined aluminum plate has a Type II black anodized finish, which makes it resistant to scuffs and scratches. It has a laser engraved center mark on the back for precision alignment on a head. The base features a QD Quick Disconnect system socket and an integrated hand strap loop and a storage space for the included hex wrench.
