Crucial Plus Internal SSD Reviews
Quick and easy installation
Installed in about 5 minutes to gain 1TB on my XPS 8950
Solid - Amazing Speed
This 2TB Crucial is my primary drive for external photo and video storage on my Mac Studio. With its USB 3.2.2 C-connection via a Sabrent external enclosure, it seems as fast as the internal 1TB in the Studio. I have a SanDisk 1TB SSD drive and the Crucial is, indeed, far far faster. The specs say 6X faster and it might be.
Crucial never disappoint me.
Crucial is much better than those foreign brands with even better price.
You can read all the specs and they pretty much speak for themselves. I've got it installed in a HP Elitebook 755 G5 and when I benchmarked it, it showed 3,000MB/s read and about the same for write speed. I suppose that's because the bus speed isn't fast enough to do what the specs indicate. Regardless, it's probably the fastest single drive that I've ever used. I have no regrets buying this drive.
This puts a smile on my face
Let's face it, it's an SSD. It's super fast, stores a lot, and is compatible with PCs, PS5, and external enclosures alike. The difference? It costs less than the exact same thing from other manufacturers, while giving me more peace of mind than brands like WD and PNY that have failed me in the past. Micron did an excellent job with this, and I couldn't recommend it more!
Nice and fast. Boots windows 11 almost immediately after power on.
So far so good
I haven't enough time with this drive but is not the first I purchased and they have never failed me. I recommend Crucial, great products.
Crucial is a trusted brand for memory products and this is one of the best SSDs. On par with the Samsung 980pro and SK Hynix P41 Platinum. This SSD is also single sided which improves compatibility with laptops.
