The Neewer Metal Ball Head features a 3/8"-16 thread on the bottom and includes a 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 reducer. Via one of these, it can be attached to virtually any slider, monopod, skate dolly, and other camera support. It holds up to 17.5 lb via a quick release camera plate with a 1/4"-20 mounting screw.
The ball head allows 360° rotation, 90° tilt positioning, and 360° pan adjustment, and has index marks along the pan axis for consistency. A removable pan handle is included that will let you adjust the ball head during a shot. A shoe mount is provided on the side and can be rotated after loosening a screw with an included Allen key. Two bubble levels are provided on top, on each side of the camera plate.
