We needs more cards for another A1. Usually we stay OEM, but not at a $100 a card difference.

Good storage size for large file that the Sony A1 produces, and it is fast. I have no issues recommending the ProGrade cards or readers.

Just as effective and less expensive

This memory card appears to function just as well as the more expensive Sony cards at a better price point. I took 1 star off because even though this is less expensive, Type A cards are just too expensive compared to other memory cards.

If you want the best performance out of your Sony Alpha 1 then you need a bunch of these... The only draw back.. darn expensive, smaller capacity compare to the type B CFexpress and some reason it does get hot when you leave it in the card reader. And it is small so don't leave them sitting around... I had to look for it a few times when it fell off the desk or in the bag.. And expensive to replace. To expand the capacity I just shoot in loosless compression RAW mode and it almost doubles the volume. All the other SD cards I have now are
