This Kit makes it even more enjoyable and versatile by bundling three lights with all the accessories you need to get shooting.
Extremely Bright & Pocket-Sized
The NEO 3 has a small form factor that is no indication of its output. It is 3 stops brighter than its predecessor with a measured output of 5,443 lux at 3.3' in continuous mode or 10,700 lux when set to flash. This allows photographers and videographers to better control the look of their subject.

The NEO 3 is designed for use on camera and has a form factor that measures just 5.7" in diameter. It is under 2" thick and weighs just 12.5 oz.

High-Speed RGB Flash
Access to full RGB lighting with 16.7 million colors increases the versatility of the NEO 3. In flash mode you can use it as a key, fill, or colored accent to create distinct looks. The flash functionality is on par with traditional lights and syncs at up to 1/8,000 second shutter speed. A huge benefit of the NEO 3 is that it requires no recycle time, for rapid-fire imaging with no loss in light quality or power.

Color accuracy is just as important, and the NEO 3 achieves a TLCI rating of 99. This ensures accurate rendering of your subjects. The light offers 2500 digital options based on those from LEE and Rosco.

Intuitive Controls
On the rear of the NEO 3 are all the controls you need to operate the light. Two physical knobs alongside a color touchscreen allow you to access any setting. Save presets to quickly recall your favorite modes. Plenty of other specialized modes are available, too. Quickly create special effects including lightning and fire or stick to more conventional CCT (3,000-10,000K) and HSI options.

You also benefit from power with standard NP-F style battery packs. These batteries are available in multiple sizes and provide long runtimes.

Wireless Sync & Operation
While on-camera operation is a key advantage of the NEO 3, it is just as comfortable off camera. The fixture has built-in wireless support using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for Rotolight HSS and Elinchrom Skyport transmitters as well as a 3.5mm sync port for wired devices.

Rotolight iOS and Android apps are available for even more control over the NEO 3, including operating multiple lights at the same time. These apps are able to communicate with lights as long as they are on the same Wi-Fi network.

For flash mode - what would the equivalent GN be?

At this time Rototlight does not have information as to how bright the light is in flash mode. It is very very new and in pre-order. The Neo 2 is this, Neo 2 provides a guide number 24 (in meters) or 79 (in feet) at ISO 200. So it is at least that.

You can use this adapter for use with softboxes B&H # RORLSPDRNGAD. This adapter will let you use a Bowens mount modifier B&H # RORLBOWENSSM.

Basic triggering is possible when using a Godox X series transmitter while a Godox receiver is connected via sync cable to the Rotolight NEO 3. However, HSS is only possible with the Elinchrom Skyport HS triggers.
