As of today, January 11, 2022 the Canon EOS VR software is still in development. Canon has said they will be releasing the software in the next few months. They also say there will be a plug in for Adobe Premiere but do not say anything regarding plugin for DaVinci Resolve at this time.

Is the focusing mechanical or fly-by-wire? Also when you de-mount the lens, does the aperture shift or stay where they were?

All Canon RF lenses are focus by wire. The Canon RF 5.2mm f/2.8 L Dual Fisheye does not change the aperture as you focus the lens.

Will I be able to record 8k raw VR files into a ninja V+?

We do not recommend it. The VR lens uses metadata that is only recorded in camera. If you record to an Atomos you will not be able to use the Canon’s EOS VR Utility or the EOS VR Plug-in

Can I put this lens in my R5 and used it as a regular fisheye to take pictures? Will I be able to edit the pictures in lightroo?

The image file produced by this lens would not be a "regular" fisheye image, but a 3D stereo image.
