Transmit your Ronin 4D video footage using the Ronin 4D TX2 Video Transmitter from DJI. This compact transmitter uses DJI's O3 Pro Video transmission technology to obtain up to a massive 20,000' line-of-sight range with enhanced stability and interference resistance. It attaches to and is powered directly via the Ronin 4D gimbal body, saving the weight and space of a separate battery.

This dual-band 2.4/5.8 GHz transmitter supports DFS (dynamic frequency selection) and offers AES 256-bit encryption for security.

I've owned this DJI transmitter with my RONIN 4D and in all my shoots (I work for a Latino International Network), not once has it underperformed. As a documentary filmmaker with an Emmy nomination, I can confidently say that this inexpensive addition to your Ronin 4D is a must if you also care to bring your best game on set or on location. The quality and range of the transmission as we all already know, is beyond anyone's expectation. As for the focus pulling, personally, my unit has worked flawlessly with my SONY cinema glass. I assure you, you will not be disappointed and will wonder how you were filming without it before. Seriously, a great pair for the High Bright monitor and Ronin 4D!!

So far, the DJI Ronin 4D TX2 Video Transmitter can only communicate with the DJI High-Bright Remote Monitor. You will need to use a third-party transmitter and receiver kit.

The DJI Ronin 4D TX2 Video Transmitter transmits to the DJI High Bright Monitor. It is not compatible with the DJI FPV Goggles.

Can this video transmission be used in a switcher as a live camera feed with other Ronin 4Ds? Is it clean feed or with viewfinder overlays? Resolution etc?

Yes, it can be switched with other 4D's with a clean feed. The resolution is up to 1080p60 Video.

What outputs does the 4D transmitter utilize to get the signal to a switcher? Is a separate receiver required (which I am not seeing noted anywhere) or is there a HDMI or SDI output? Is the high bright remote monitor required for this?

The DJI Ronin 4D TX2 Video Transmitter will only connect to a DJI Display. It does not offer a wireless way to connect to a switcher. Works with BH #DJHBRM
