The only way to do a dual monitor is with software that will gray out any DVD/Blu-ray. Also, it won't let you see Netflix or any other videos from any other streaming service. BH needs to add this to the notes.

I breathe on it wrong and it takes at least 10 minutes of jiggling and fiddling with it for it to MAYBE get one monitor back. Horrible product.

does the built-in usb-c cable provide charging for the laptop or do I need to use the other 100w port ?
If the laptop requires 100W, you should pug it into the 100W usb type-c port with the proper cable.
