I'm a long time Windows user and now want to switch to Apple. I have external hard drives full of RAW and jpg photo data. Will I be able to plug in my external hard drives to an Apple MacBook and open these files directly for editing purposes?
Asked by: Chris
Out of the box the Mac should read the NTFS drives, but not write to them. You can purchase an aftermarket NTFS driver. Then it will read & write to PC formatted drives.
