Instead of the Kondor Blue Gerald Undone Braided Coiled High-Speed Right-Angle Micro-HDMI to HDMI Cable for Canon R5 & R6 Cameras (Limited Purple Edition, 12 to 24"), which is for Canon cameras, you'd want to get the following version that's for Sony cameras: the Kondor Blue Gerald Undone Braided Coiled High-Speed Right-Angle Micro-HDMI to HDMI Cable for Select Sony & Fuji Cameras (Limited Purple Edition, 12 to 24"), B&H # KOMFHDMI12LP. However, depending on whether you use a cage or other support on your Sony a7 III, the right-angle connector may be an issue.

I would like to use this to record 4k/60 from my Canon R6 to a Ninja V, but it looks like this cable wouldn't support anything above 4k/30, is that right?

This cable can only support video up to DCI 4K 30fps.
