Does not hold charge, clunky noise opening & closing

Charged it full and saw next day the charge was fully gone while just sitting there. Thought I made a mistake and charged it to full, less than a day and fully discharged. So this is just a box that can hold the Rode, not really useful to charge it, which is disappointing. I also have the DJI Rx and Tx, that box is so much sleeker and better quality, holds charge well and is well constructed compared to this. When I opened the lid the first time, it had a plasticky sound and felt clunky. Great idea, poor execution and design. Ended up returning.

My favorite accessory of 2022 so far.

It is nice to be able just to put all three pieces into the box and charge this at once. And of course, having a battery pack built-in is icing on the cake. It's a well thought out product and works perfectly for me.

Makes rode GO last

Battery life on the Rode Wireless go is already excellent, however for all day shoots it gets a little questionable. The Andy Cine charging case covers charging of both transmitters and the receiver at least 3 times. The fact that it can be used as a backup power bank means that it'll be less to carry in your pack. I wish there was an extra storage space however in the case to house two lav mics and the needed connecting cable for the rode. This unit specifically has room only for the transmitters and receiver. Would have given it 5 stars if that was the case. Still, it's a small investment to keep your Rode GO's charged. So far, I'm two charges in and haven't charged the case itself.

Don't buy - it destroyed 3 Rde Sets

I loved the idea of having a case thats protecting and charging my Rde mic sets at the same time. I have 5 Andycine cases and and they distroyed 3 sets of Rde Wireless Go 2 at the same time. All Lipo batteries are bloated, so the mic cases are completely cracked and unusable.

A MUST HAVE ITEM FOR RODE GO

This ANDYCINE Charging case is a great option to get for your Rode GO microphone system. I liked how this case keeps my kit safe and charges my kit (2 receivers and 1 transmitter) at the same time. You can also charge the case seperately and take it on the go as a wirelesa mobile power source and when you need to charge your kit, just plug in your Rode GO system inside!

Is there enough room to fit the receiver and transmitters in the charger with protective silicone covers attached?
Asked by: James
We do not have any protective silicone covers for the Rode Wireless GO II receiver and transmitters to be able to test them with the Andycine Charging Case. Most likely, any coverings placed over the receiver and transmitters will need to be removed first, before they can be situated inside of the Andycine Charging Case.
