Key Features
  • 512GB Storage Capacity
  • UHS-II / V90 / U3 / Class 10
  • Max Read Speed: 300 MB/s
  • Max Write Speed: 250 MB/s
The 512GB UHS-II SDXC Memory Card from ProGrade Digital features a storage capacity of 512GB and takes advantage of the UHS-II bus to support maximum read speeds of 300 MB/s and maximum write speeds of 250 MB/s. This card has also been designed with the V90 Video Speed Class rating, which guarantees minimum write speeds of at least 90 MB/s, allowing the card to be used in DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, camcorders, and digital cinema cameras that produce rich data streams, including 6K, 5K, 4K, UHD 4K, and high bit rate MPEG-4 video. It is also well-suited for raw photos and rapid-fire bursts.

UHS-II cards achieve their speed through an extra row of pins and while this card has been designed for cameras that are UHS-II / V90 compatible, it may be used in devices that do not support UHS-II / V90. However, bear in mind that this card will then default to your device's speed class and bus rating, such as UHS-II and V60, which supports minimum write speeds of 60 MB/s, UHS-II and V30, which supports minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s, or UHS-I and U3, which also supports minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s. If your device does not support U3, this card is compatible with the U1 and Class 10 standards, each of which guarantee minimum write speeds of 10 MB/s.

Built for extreme conditions, ProGrade Digital's 512GB UHS-II SDXC Memory Card is able to withstand temperatures from -13 to 185°F, allowing you to take this card with you into extreme environments, such as snow and deserts. It is also shockproof and X-ray proof, and a built-in write protect switch helps to safeguard your content from being erased.

This is perfect for my Fx3. I just started using my camera to shoot videos. I needed a bigger card so after researching, this card gives me the space I need for my projects. Of course the in store pickup for the win got me again.

The Pro Grade is a 128GB size card, UHS-ll and fast read/write speed. I find it works very well for the Canon R7 and 30FPS shooting. Very attractive offer when at a sale price.

I use 2 of these cards on my Sony FX30 and I can record 4K XAVC-S with proxies, and my MacBook Pro has an SD card slot which speeds up my work flow. No complaints.

Exceeds my needs!

ProGrade is certainly a respected name in the video and concert photography world where write speeds are critical. For my specific needs this V90 card is perhaps overkill as I use it in a Leica Q2. Rarely do I shoot video, and a (cheaper) V60 card would probably handle the types of burst shooting I do in my editorial work... but I appreciate the faster download speeds! I picked this up on sale at B&H so the price difference was worth the upgrade from a V60.

Are these cards 128GB each per card or 2 cards of 64GB each totalling 128GB? The description in the write up is confusing.
Asked by: Soon Huat
Hi, sorry that there is confusion in the listing. Our two packs are two cards each of that capacity. So the 128GB two-pack contains two 128GB cards. I hope that helps, let us know if you have any other questions. -ProGrade Digital

That would depend on the resolution and frame rate you are recoding in. We would recommend using CFexpress Type a cards like the ProGrade Digital 160GB CFexpress Type A Cobalt Memory Card instead. See: https://bhpho.to/3T1H2Ib

Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera use UHS-I SD cards. You can use ProGrade Digital 256GB UHS-II SDXC Memory Card on your camera but there are no improvements on the camera speed performance because you attach a faster card.
