The Cotton Carrier system that I use on my other cameras just didn't seem to suit this Rangefinder at all. So, I opted for this handgrip, plus the optional Large finger loop. I'm so glad that I did! The M11-P, lacking the red dot, just doesn't catch attention, especially when kept in my hand until ready to use. The Leica 28 f/2.8 and 35mm f/1.4 M-mount lenses are in a league by themselves, and I pick one or the other to use with the Rangefinder. Especially the Summilux 35, they just seem perfectly tuned to this platform. Excellence by design.

The addition of the universal standard base plate brings the Leica M11 into the fold of the arca-swiss gold standard. The handgrip is flawless in fitment to the M11. Access to baseplate access points are well conceived and executed.

No, the Leica M11 handgrip is not compatible with the M10R or any other M10 series camera. The M11 was the first M camera to eliminate the removable bottom plate so the bottom design has been changed.

Leica M11 Handgrip does not block the camera eyelet and the ability to connect hand straps.
Leica Finger Loop for Handgrip provide a firm secure grip and Leica fashionable ergonomic style.

The grip for the M11 is currently only available in black and all M grips do not come with the finger loops. These need to be purchased separately.
