Is the 100W USB-C output safe to charge the Nikon Z9 battery both in-camera and using the external charger?

Yes, you should be able to use the Tether Tools ONsite 26,800 mAh USB Type-C Battery Bank to charge the battery in a Nikon Z9 when the battery is in the camera. However, not when it is external from the camera.
