Razer Blade 17 17.3" Reviews
Great value for lowered price on B&H
This laptop is classy and fun to work with and game on. I love the keyboard on the Razer laptop as it reminds me of a MacBook Pro experience. The computer does a great job in Premiere Pro and Photoshop. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and new Razer journey. Thank you, B&H, for always being great!
Best laptop I have owned
Best laptop I have owned! Fast and responsive. Although I wish for longer battery life, everything else is prefect.
Awesome Laptop for Creators
I really like this laptop. I mostly use it for digital photo editing and for some video editing as well. I wanted a screen that would present accurate color. This one even though it's not OLED it does give you accurate color at 144hz refresh rate so there's no need for a separate screen just for photo or video editing. it's 17.3 so it's large enough to do work. This will work with a thunderbolt drive and the CFExpress cards I use so file transfers are fairly quick. The 2.5GB NIC card Should be fast enough for most people's needs. I do wish it was 10GB but it will be great for what I do. I work with a lot of a large files from my Canon R5. I like that its windows based so I'm able to use it for my regular tech work as well. The Microphone is awesome I get compliments on it daily in Zoom meetings. The Web Cam is 1080 HD while it's not as good as some it still does a good job. The speakers are ok but are still a little bit tinny side but does have great spacial audio separation. Since Windows 11 has hello there was no need for a fingerprint reader since it performs facial recognition to logon. The spacing on the keyboard is a bit smaller than others I've used but you get used to it after a week or two of using it, it's no big deal as others would have you believe. I have the 32GB memory version which is very good. Overall, I'm very happy with this laptop it's a true desktop replacement.
Blew my expectations!
I purchased the following as a desktop replacement, and I am glad I did. I underestimated what a gaming laptop was capable of. I ran a couple of small gaming marathons, and the performance was phenomenal, while maintaining acceptable thermals. I don't think I was close to its limits, and it ran smooth like butter. I have yet to find a single complaint. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a high-end desktop replacement.
The best of the best
Massive upgrade from prior year's Blade 17's. It's finally come in it's final form without compromise. Highly recommended
Best laptop I've ever had
This laptop was a set-up from previous devices I've had. When it comes to editing videos, photos, or music, this laptop has not given up on me and brought a lot of ease to my work flow.
Blue Screen of Death
Is one of the worse Gaming laptop you can buy, no even 3 Days after purchase and start to having issues like blue screen of death and restarting for no reason, and to make it worse you can't return it to this store, my suggestion avoid this laptop and avoid buying it on this store
Dependable Workhorse
This laptop is blazing fast and has an excellent screen. Razer consistently makes dependable performance machines. Very pleased.
