Designed for maximum sustained high-speed recording with video and photo cameras, the 4TB AV Pro MK2 CFexpress 2.0 Type B Memory Card from Angelbird captures high bitrate raw video and photo files at 6K, 8K, and 12K+ resolutions. This card features a capacity of 4TB and uses the PCIe 3.0 x2 bus to deliver maximum read speeds of 1785 MB/s, maximum write speeds of 1550 MB/s, minimum sustained read speeds of 1785 MB/s, and minimum sustained write speeds of 1300 MB/s.

Compatible with devices that support CFexpress 2.0 Type B, Angelbird's AV Pro MK2 CFexpress 2.0 series has been engineered with protection against shock, vibration, overheating, and temperature extremes from 14 to 158°F. Included is hardware and software data recovery and a limited 3-year warranty. Please note that data recovery is provided for free, as long as your card is in warranty.

To receive the full limited warranty, the product needs to be registered on the Angelbird Personal Service Portal within 30 days after purchase.

Firmware Update
Installing the firmware update on Angelbird CFexpress cards requires an Angelbird CFexpress Card Reader. The successful update requires all components to be in sync, including the operating system with its drivers and software, the card reader, and your CFexpress Type B card. Communication between the firmware update tool and the card to be updated is only possible via an Angelbird CFexpress card reader chip. Any communication error would lead to an unsuccessful update.

Does the the 4TB card provide greater heat ...

Does the the 4TB card provide greater heat dissipation than the 1TB card? The 1 TB card stops recording early due to overheating (unless disabling AF). Since different scenarios can produce different results, if used under identical conditions as the 1TB card, will the 4TB card suffer from the same problems and be unable to sustain continuous recording with subject detection AF-F on Nikon Z9? I would try Delkin Black for its superior heat dissipation but it only goes up to 650GB.

The Angelbird 4TB AV Pro MK2 CFexpress 2.0 Type B Memory Card and the 1 TB are the same and being a different size does not change how it works in terms of heat.

4TB doesnt work with R5c . I purchased two of them and they didnt work couldnt initialize media, so I purchased the 2TB and it works just make sure you initialize media first and record something just to make sure.

Angelbird 4TB AV Pro MK2 CFexpress 2.0 Type B Memory Card is not compatible with the Sony A7siii. That camera does not accept CFExpress Tybe B cards. It only accepts CFexpress Type A or SD.
