This review is more about the product than B&H, as I have made multiple purchases from B&H and they have always been wonderful to work with. Having said that, while this wall mount is good quality, the instruction sheet is terrible. This is a pretty complicated installation with the Sonos Arc being incorporated and the instruction sheet is not only difficult to follow, and it's tiny, but the instructions contradict themselves in a few areas making things really hard. I have assembled and installed many TV wall mounts in my day, and this one is by far the hardest, and it's primarily due to the lack of a good instruction sheet. My recommendation is that they spend a little money getting a really great set of instructions, print them large, as they do for TVs, and all would be fine.
