What is your best recommendation for a transmitter to connect to the internal time code BNC out if I need to send the internal zoom F8 timecode to other cameras?
Because timecode signals are quite "hot" in nature, a proper wireless system for sending wireless timecode from the Zoom F8n Pro 8-Input / 10-Track Multitrack Field Recorder to camera would require a transmitter that is able to accept Line level signal. The Sennheiser EW 112P G4 Camera-Mount Wireless System (BH #SEEW112PG4A) is a good candidate for this task: https://bhpho.to/2y5gjmO

How is this different than the F8n besides the 32-bit float feature?
The 32-bit functionality of the Zoom F8n Pro 8-Input / 10-Track Multitrack Field Recorder is its main upgrade to Zoom's initial F8 offering. Dual A/D converters have also been implemented for an improved signal-to-noise ratio on this version.

Will the bluetooth connector work with any ...
Will the bluetooth connector work with any bluetooth headphones such as Bose noise cancelling ones?
The Bluetooth Add-On Software Extension for the Zoom F8n Pro 8-Input / 10-Track Multitrack Field Recorder enables remote control from a mobile device using an app, but it does not provide Bluetooth audio. You could use a third-party Bluetooth transmitter like the Aluratek ABT01F Bluetooth Universal Audio Transmitter (B&H # ALABT01F) together with a 1/4" adapter like the Pro Co Sound 343PC Female Stereo Mini to Male Stereo Phone Coupler (B&H # PRCSMFSPM) connected to the 1/4" TRS headphone jack on the F8n Pro to send Bluetooth audio to Bluetooth-enabled headphones. Please be aware that Bluetooth audio can have some latency, so it is typically not recommended for critical monitoring.

Why in the world does this device use mini USB instead of USB-C??? Can this be used as a recording interface? Seems like a step down from the F6...
Yes, the Zoom F8n Pro Multitrack Field Recorder can be used as a USB audio interface for recording. As for why Zoom had chosen mini-USB as the host connection instead of USB-C, it could be that mini-USB was the most common option when the F8n was released. You will need to contact Zoom for specific details regarding their choice of USB host connections.
