definitely a must for a more cinematic view. I'm able to get great video and picture with this. I wish I bought this long time ago. I don't know why I hesitated so much the las 3 years. This is a must 100%

I think the 2-4 stop is perfect. Very subtle but offers more natural cinematic affect that I was going for. I almost always leave it on my camera.

Is the rotation smooth like a 'declicked' cine iris ring or does it have click stops like a traditional photo lens iris ring?
Asked by: Joshua
No, the filter rotation is not smooth. As stated on page 7 of the User Manual for the PolarPro 95mm Peter McKinnon Mist Edition II VND ND4 to ND32 Filter (2 to 5-Stop), the filter is equipped with haptic feedback to improve the process of adjusting optical density.

The hood of the Canon RF 70-200 no longer fits. Is there a hood that will fit over the filter?
Asked by: Al
The outer diameter of the PolarPro 77mm Peter McKinnon Mist Edition II VND ND4 to ND32 Filter (2 to 5-Stop) is 90mm; therefore, you will not be able to connect the Canon ET-83FW III Lens Hood on the Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens. Unfortunately, the filter is not designed with front threads to connect clips on or thread in lens hoods.
