Would it be possible to place the wall mount (and thus the G2 TV) on and flush against a brick wall or can the mount only be set up against a normal house/apartment wall since the mount must use a wall stud?

Does this mount allow horizontal adjustment? Geek Squad told me this mount won't work unless your wall studs just happen to be exactly where you need them for the TV to be centered, which seems incredibly unlikely.

The LG WB22EGB Gallery Flush Wall Mount for OLED G2 Series Displays BH #LGWB22EG does not allow for any lateral adjustment once installed. Very slight vertical adjustment is possible to account for any leveling adjustments that may be necessary post installation.

LG specifies the LG WB22EGB Gallery Flush Wall Mount for OLED G2 Series Displays (BH # LGWB22EG) only for the G2 series. The LG G3 series features the same 400mm x 400mm VESA mounting pattern and weight.

Would this work with a 75" QNED? Any reason why it won't? My LG slim mount had thick spacer screws and my is 2" from the wall.
